Lainey began swimming at the age of four under her father's guidance. at the LISD Aquatic Center in The Colony, TX. Her passion for the sport continued with the Carrollton Aqua Racers and throughout her high school years. With a background in acting and creative writing from Marymount Manhattan College, Lainey brings a creative flair to her teaching. Inspired by her parents -- who are both swim coaches -- you could say she was born to share her love for the water! Lainey delights in witnessing her students' joy as they improve, and she is dedicated to nurturing safe, swim team-ready swimmers. Outside the pool, she enjoys singing, dancing, and creating art.
