Wyatt learned to swim in Berkeley, California, through YMCA lessons. He went on to swim competitively for nearly ten years with Orinda Park Pool, where he later spent three seasons as a coach. Wyatt also competed for four years on Berkeley High School’s varsity swim team, specializing in sprint freestyle and breaststroke events. A recent graduate of New York University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Game Design, Wyatt was inspired to teach by his own coaches, who made swimming fun and fulfilling. He loves helping kids overcome their fears and watching their confidence grow in the water. Outside the pool, Wyatt designs and creates video games, plays a lot of volleyball, and enjoys cooking (and eating!) great food.
