Swim Team

Founded in 2007, the Manhattan Makos welcome swimmers—from beginners to national-level athletes. Practices are held at Bowling Green and the Crown Heights Armory, with training groups organized by age and skill (Mako Pups, Mini, Red, Junior, Senior). Led by former elite swimmers, the program emphasizes strong technique, structured sets, and race preparation, with a clear path toward competitive meets and high-level performance. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming for the highest level, the Makos offer focused coaching, serious training, and real results.
