Yes, you can schedule one make-up lesson per month if you're enrolled in weekly classes. To qualify, record your planned absences in the Parent Portal. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class and within 5 days of the intended make-up date. Note that make-ups are subject to availability and cannot be carried over to the next month. Intensive lessons and missed make-up lessons are not eligible for rescheduling.
Imagine always has and will continue to prioritize consistent weekly lessons but we recognize that not everyone can make that commitment. If your family is keen on dropping in for a single lesson here and there, please reach out to us at info@imagineswimming.com or call 212.253.9650 within five days of an intended lesson. Pending availability, we'll be happy to sign you up!
We do not offer credits for missed drop-in lessons or make-ups for missed drop-in lessons.
Families will not receive a credit for a drop-in cancelled within 48 hours of the planned class.
Once enrolled in a weekly class, we request that you please provide written notice to info@imagineswimming.com in order to discontinue before the next monthly billing cycle occurs. While we appreciate as much notice as possible with regard to discontinuations, in order to accommodate new families, we are happy to end your registration before the first of the next month.
