Born and raised on the island of Barbados, Rebecca grew up swimming in warm Caribbean waters. She competed in inter-school meets, developing her skills and confidence early on. It was her longtime coach who first recognized her gift for helping others and encouraged her to share it through teaching. Rebecca finds joy in watching her students conquer fears and grow more comfortable in the water each week. With a background in biotechnology, she brings patience, curiosity, and care to every lesson. Outside the pool, Rebecca loves traveling and dancing, and she’s always proud to represent her beautiful home island.
