Grace learned to swim in her hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, and quickly fell in love with the water. At age seven she joined the Des Moines Swimming Federation and competed with the team for ten years. She also swam through high school for the Northwest Wolves, building lasting friendships and a deep appreciation for the sport. Now a student at NYU studying Media, Culture, and Communication, Grace brings her passion for teamwork and growth into teaching. She loves forming bonds with her swimmers and helping them accomplish things they never thought possible .Outside the pool, Grace enjoys music, video editing, and filmmaking.
