Carolyn’s life has been measured in laps and shorelines for as long as she can remember. From her earliest days in the baby pool at the Philadelphia Cricket Club to an accomplished competitive career, spanning varsity seasons at Allegheny College and Masters swimming at the University of Tennessee, the water has forever been her second home. That lifelong passion, fueled by summers at the Jersey Shore, is what she shares with her students on a daily basis. For Carolyn, there is nothing more rewarding than helping a child discover their own joy in the water. A two-time NYC Marathon finisher, she brings that same endurance and enthusiasm to every lesson. When she’s dry, Carolyn enjoys running, reading, and beach days with her family.
