Natalia learned to swim when she was five-years-old with her two brothers. Competitive swimming quickly became her way of life, and moved fast through the ranks in her native Colombia. For ten years, Natalia was a member of the Colombian National Swim Team for ten years. When she was 20, she turned her athletic talents to triathlon. As a triathlete, she was able to travel around the world as part of the national team, representing her country in World Cups, South American and Panamerican Championships. After retiring from competition, she came to the United States in 2016 to start a new life. Natalia is a proud mother of a 17-year-old son - who she taught to swim at five-months-old. She has been a swimming coach and teacher for the last ten years and is so happy to share all of her sport experiences with her students.
