Domingo grew up in New York City, spending his summers in the Mediterranean waters of Spain where he has family. It was during one of those trips that Domingo almost drowned, thus spurring his interest towards lifeguarding. He became a lifeguard at 15 and joined the high school swim team at the age of 16, maintaining top placement in the 50m Freestyle category until he graduated. Domingo started teaching swimming during summer breaks from school, and has since then dedicated more time to teaching all year around. He has also supervised and managed various pools around the NYC and Westchester county area and has taught students from the age of 3 years to 57 years young. Domingo is also the brother of our own Cristiana Wilson-King.
