You expect the best instruction, we require it...
That's why you're swimming with Imagine, right? Because of our wonderful
teachers, because you've heard that we actually get children swimming -
and most importantly, teach them to love the water. Except
sometimes even the best laid plans don't come out
to perfection. When that happens, we want to hear about it. And we want
to correct it. If your child just didn't connect with a particular
teacher or if a facility wasn't quite up to par, please don't hesitate
to let us know.
Every child responds differently to different personalities. Some will
thrive with a strict, precise manner, others need warm, nurturing
guidance, and others just want high energy fun! A huge part of our job
is finding the right pairings between teachers and
students, ones that spark the most productive and rewarding aquatic
classrooms.
