What is your make-up policy?

If you miss a class, we'd like you to have every opportunity to make it up. Unfortunately, this is often easier said than done! Imagine's make-up policy is designed to make this service as fair, consistent, and most of all, as safe as possible for all of our swimmers. The policy is as follows:

- No make-up classes are permitted in other children's classes. All make-ups must be scheduled on Imagine's designated make-up days, usually on Sundays at our most popular locations. (Sunday swimmers will receive separate Saturday make-ups dates.)
- Imagine must receive written email notice of an absence before the start of a child's missed class in order to qualify for a make-up.
- Make-up classes must be taken within one month following the month of the missed class. (For instance, if your child misses class on January 15th, you have until the end of February to make it up.)
- We cannot guarantee private or semi-private make-ups for children not swimming in group classes.

- If you must cancel your reserved make-up class, Imagine requires one week prior notice in order to reserve a new session.
- There are no make-ups for missed make-up classes without prior notification.
- There is a maximum of 4 make-up classes permitted per child per year.
